The software continuously monitors the rotation of the screw and can precisely coordinate it with the system's axis movements. This enables complex patterns to be reliably applied with high repeat accuracy, even in hard-to-reach places thanks to the unit's slim design.

In complex applications, screw dispensing units can be combined with other dosing systems. For example, they can be used to build a dam that is then filled with a jetter. All volumetric systems are automatically calibrated, and the dispensing result can be verified and recorded using integrated image processing.
