Dispensing Cell for precise dispensing processes

The robust and fast Dispensing Cell enables highly precise dispensing processes for the production of a wide variety of products. The system can operate either as a stand-alone unit or as part of a Production Line. Multiple dispensing axes can operate in parallel and independently of each other.

The modular Dispensing Cell is ideal for precise and flexible production processes.

The system can operate either as a stand-alone unit or as part of a Production Line. This allows multiple dispensing axes to be used independently with a wide range of valves from various manufacturers, including time/pressure, precision screw, jet and piston valves.

Thanks to integrated image processing, standard applications such as underfill, glob top and conformal coating, as well as complex 2D and 3D dispensing tasks, are possible.
This system is ideal for fully automatic operation, with up to four jet dispensing valves working in parallel, and it offers a wide range of applications for 2D (X/Y) and 3D (X/Y/Z) microdispensing.

  • Dispensing of minimum quantities in the nanolitre range.
  • 2D and 3D dosing of multiple media in parallel.
  • Up to four dispensing valves can be used simultaneously.
  • There is a large selection of dispensing valves available, including time/pressure, precision screw, jet and piston types.
  • Greases, oils, paints, silicones, gels, epoxies, adhesives and many other liquids can be dispensed.
  • Image processing supports teach-in functions, identification tag reading, and needle position calibration.
  • The basic package (Vision Cognex Vpro) includes checking dispensing results.
