Modular Production Lines for the fully automated manufacturing of power modules

Infotech offers modular solutions for Power Module Production, ranging from individual Production Cells to complete Production Lines. Depending on the requirements, we can implement individual production cells or fully integrated, complete solutions that can be precisely integrated into existing manufacturing environments.

Individually configurable transport systems

Variable transport systems allow for processing on customer-specific workpiece carriers up to 330 mm wide and are compatible with oversized vacuum soldering systems. These carriers circulate autonomously through the line, efficiently and traceably controlling the “loading,” “soldering,” and “unloading” stations—allowing for maximum flexibility and throughput.
