Automated Ultrasonic Welding with an Infotech machine
The powerful 35 kHz ultrasonic welding head from Schunk Sonosystems is seamlessly integrated into the modular Infotech platform when combined with a flexible sonotrode. With support from peripheral devices from the Infotech Component Matrix, this solution enables fully automated ultrasonic welding processes for pin housings and lead frames. These processes are precise, repeatable, and flexible enough to be used at any point within a Production Line.
