SPECIAL MACHINERY
External processes
We can easily integrate external processes such as laser processing, pressing, leak testing and electrical and optical testing into our systems. This enables us to integrate various manufacturing processes much more densely.
Special Cells
Some manufacturing processes require a protective atmosphere. Glove boxes are special cell designs that are used for this purpose, ensuring a clean and controlled process environment. Our modules can be easily integrated into special cells from external suppliers and operated from there.
Additionally, our standard Production Cells enable the creation of small, localized protective or forming gas atmospheres.
Systems without Portals
We also offer solutions for applications that do not use a handling system for loading or dosing. These include casting systems, interlinking/sorting systems, and loading and unloading systems for exotic subassemblies or pallets.
Production Islands
Individual batch processes can be distributed across several stations and operated independently. As well as modules for core processes such as loading and dosing, we also supply loading and unloading units. This enables manufacturing processes to be carried out reliably and independently of the environment in a very small space.
