Mechanical Designer EFZ

Apprenticeship, duration: 4 years

Our Mechanical Designers use CAD software to design and develop individual parts and assemblies for our Infotech Component Matrix, Desktop Machines, Production Cells, and Special Machinery. They also create technical documentation, including manufacturing and assembly drawings, parts lists, and pneumatic diagrams. This documentation is necessary for logistics and assembly, as well as for further work on the systems.

Areas of Responsibility

Prepare production documents, parts lists, assembly drawings, and pneumatic diagrams.

CAD design of manufacturing parts and assemblies.

Evaluate solutions and make decisions.

I have worked at Infotech since 2012. In 2021, I became a vocational trainer for Mechanical Designers. I enjoy sharing my experience of working at the company, my Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with the trainees, and I value our interesting collaborations.
