It is particularly useful for product development because process parameters can be precisely developed in the laboratory and seamlessly transferred to production equipment.

The Desktop Sinter Bonder is equipped with components from the Infotech Component Matrix, including heated bond heads for power-intensive processes, a heated substrate holding plate with manual tilt adjustment, and a high-precision X/Y system with linear motors. Thus, the Desktop Sinter Bonder offers maximum flexibility in developing and implementing product-specific sintering processes.
