The powerful 35 kHz ultrasonic welding head from Schunk Sonosystems is seamlessly integrated into the modular Infotech platform when combined with a flexible sonotrode. With support from peripheral devices from the Infotech Component Matrix, this solution enables fully automated ultrasonic welding processes for pin housings and lead frames.
